The Query by Address Panel

The query entry panel is opened when the page is loaded into the browser. By default the Query by address is selected.  Enter Street name without reference to direction or Street type. The '%' is the wildcard and can be within a text string.

Street address searches

Enter the address number followed by street name and optionally the street type abbreviation( St, Ave, Blvd)

Note the some streets  are named  with directional attributes  like 91 E Cresent Dr   that are abbreviated.  The direction in this case is optional.

While others are not  abbreviated i.e  96 East View Ave. Here the direction East is Not optional.  

The wild card is the percent sign. '%' and can be used in the address search string

To lookup numerical streets i.e 1115 3Rd St.   Use ' 1115 Third'
To lookup addresses on B St  type , add a space after 'B' to avoid getting All streets that start with 'B'
i.e.  615 B(space)  or 6% B(space)

Query By Parcel Number

Enter a Parcel number in the form 000-000-00 (with dashes) to select and zoom to a specific parcel . Again you can use the wildcard to  get a list of parcels  i.e. 013-01% 

 

The Query panel  can be reloaded by pressing the Search button 

All searchs are performed by appending a wildcard on to the street address and city part.  Your recordset may include additional records. 

Identify Parcel 

 To lookup  information on a specific parcel, Click the identify button then click on a parcel on the map. This action will change the map to identify mode.  To return to navigation Mode click Zoom in, zoom out, or pan to move around the map.

This page displays information about the parcel including the owners name, situs address & zoning  info..  It also has a list of districts the parcel is included in. fr. Note the District list comes from the TRA tax tables and NOT by a geographic comparison.

Printing

To perform print a map, first perform the query and zoom to the detail that you on the screen. Press the Print Map button
Click on "Create Print Page" to open a new Browser window with the Map Image and Legend displayed. You can then use the File/Print menu item to send the display to your printer.
NOTE: Print options must be changed to landscape, and paper size must be sized accordingly.
